Loading... Please wait...Need a locking strap system for your surfboard, SUP, or kayak? Kanu Lock, Australian designed straps will keep your board secure and locked to your car truck or van! Choose 8ft or 13ft straps to best suit your vehicle and watercraft. Simply use them as you would a normal strap and use the included key to lock them tight!
Kanulock straps also work without locking. This means they are great for everyday trips to the beach, as well as trips where you might leave your board unattended. Stopping for lunch after a great session? No problem, with the twist of a key you can leave your board unattended without worries!
Why should you choose the KanuLock system? Here's what the Australian designers of KanuLock have to share:
KanuLock is an All-In-One Security and Tie-Down System
Kanulocks are the easiest way to tie-down and lock your kayaks and boards to your roofrack. Simply tie-down your kayak, SUP, or surfboard with the Kanulock straps. if leaving unattended, lock the buckles withe the key! Take the worry out of leaving your boards and kayaks outside on your vehicle.
Why do I need Kanulock Straps?
With standard tie-down straps, anyone can remove your kayak or board without attracting attention. This can be a real concern when leaving your car parked in out of sight.
How do they work?
Simple to use: They work exactly the same way as a regular set of tie-downs, however they have the added benefits of key lockable buckles and Stainless Steel reinforced straps.
Can the Straps be Cut?
Reinforced with 2x2.4mm Stainless Steel Cables: Kanulock Straps cannot be cut with a blade or knife like regular tie-downs.
Can my board or kayak be slid out?
The widest part of most boards, kayaks, and SUPs should be positioned between the front and back strap making it impossible to be slid forward or backward out of the straps. This is how surfboards, kayaks and SUPs should be secured with any strap to keep them secure while driving!
