Return Policy

Nice Rack prides itself on excellent service and customer satisfaction. If for any reason your not 100% satisfied you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges*.

Please note these terms when returning an order:

1. We will refund the full purchase price of the order minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Nice Rack has shipped the wrong items.
2. Product must be in original condition and include original packaging.
3. All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at: info@thenicerack.com to get an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise.
4. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of our receipt of a return.
5. We recommend using a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost or damaged during shipment. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused by customer error.

*CERTAIN ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A SMALL RESTOCKING FEE.
